Area Specialist (OSBL)

Bechtel seeks an Area Specialist (OSBL) to supervise CSU activities on the Rio Grande LNG project in Brownsville, TX. You will coordinate with CSU disciplines to complete testing from component level through integrated operation, ensure CSU scope is completed on schedule and within budget, and uphold project safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include performing testing per STCPs/SWPPs and other procedures, documenting test records, ensuring compliance with safety codes, managing subcontractors and field personnel, supporting system turnover walkdowns, preparing and maintaining mechanical spares for commissioning/startup, forecasting craft personnel needs, and generating progress reports. Preferred qualifications include heavy industrial construction supervisory experience and LNG facility exposure. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and substantial relevant experience, with relocation assistance available, and on-site work in Brownsville, TX.
