Job Summary
Direct daily operations for a team of 3–6 cleaners across commercial openings, residential cleanings, and renovation sites. Provide practical instruction to new hires and inspect completed work to ensure standards are met. Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients while maintaining a motivating, collaborative team atmosphere. Perform specialized tasks including debris removal, dust mitigation, and sanitizing high-touch areas. Requires strong verbal communication and leadership experience. Schedule is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, three days per week.
