Job Summary
The Area Service Sales Representative is responsible for installing, servicing, repairing, and warranting products on site, while actively promoting growth of the territory. Key responsibilities include performing service calls, providing technical support, conducting customer training, preparing quotations, and maintaining service parts inventory. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to assess customer needs, and knowledge of product lines, safety policies, and repair procedures. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced experience and training in assembly, installation, service and repair of product lines
- Trained in company safety policies and procedures
- Possession of a valid Confined Space Entry training certificate
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle with an acceptable driving record
