Area Service Manager

Oversee service operations within the Data Center market, managing start-up support, warranty execution, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities. Lead and coordinate key service processes, including collaboration with sales for pricing, directing field service coordination, and driving technician recruitment and development. Manage P&L responsibility through monthly revenue forecasting, budget control for overhead items, and risk mitigation across service agreements. Ensure environmental, health, and safety compliance while overseeing employee training and skill development. Maximize cash flow by managing invoices and expense budgets, ensuring standard work processes are followed and customer satisfaction remains high. Requires 5+ years in HVAC, 3+ years managing large teams, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel to customer sites.
