Job Summary
Area Service Manager responsible for leading service repair, upgrades/enhancements, service agreements, and installation activities, coordinating field service operations, recruiting and developing technicians, managing budgets and forecasting, ensuring safety and EH&S compliance, and driving service-growth initiatives through collaboration with sales and the acquisition team. Travel to customer sites is required. Must have 5+ years in HVAC or related field and 3+ years managing large teams; project management and Salesforce experience preferred; proficient in Microsoft applications; valid driver’s license; focus on customer satisfaction and timely invoicing. This role entails P&L oversight, margin management, and continuous process improvement to optimize service delivery and outcomes for customers.
