Job Summary
Area Service Manager responsible for leadership of service repair, upgrades/enhancements, service agreements, and installation activities for HVAC-related services in Charleston, WV. Manages field service coordination, technician recruitment, training, and development; oversees contract pricing, invoicing and collections; drives service agreement growth, revenue forecasting, and P&L performance; ensures safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction; requires travel to customer sites and ability to operate in outdoor/mechanical environments. Requires 5+ years HVAC/related field, 3+ years leading large teams, project management skills, proficiency with Microsoft tools; Salesforce experience is a plus; valid driver’s license with clean record; compensation includes base salary and regional benefits.
Required Qualifications
