Job Summary
Deliver business results in aftermarket channels (ISP and Spare Parts Dealers) by executing the Commercial Plan for Spare Parts, Consumables & Accessories, Extended Warranty and Product Replacement; define and implement the correct service network to achieve targeted KPIs (CSAT, RCT, FVC) and ensure maintenance of the ISP information/database; audit ISP organization, ensure training and compliance with repair procedures in collaboration with Quality & Technical Support; requires negotiation, business mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills; Italian language is mandatory, English is a plus; based in Northern Italy (Assago area) with travel to visit clients; focus on building partnerships and delivering sales growth and service development in the aftermarket ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Fluency in Italian is a must-have
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Very good communication and stakeholder management capabilities
