Job Summary
Build the Service Authorised Service Centre network and lead field services to drive aftersales business development. Manage ASC operations, ensure process compliance, and deliver operational KPIs for service and revenue. Lead the field service team to provide optimum customer service, address trade queries, and maintain high integrity in the work environment. Provide guidance to ASC staff, assist in goal setting and performance reviews, and conduct audits of ASC and trade partners. Report to the Regional Service Manager and work in Chennai, India, with regular hours and potential domestic or international travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field operations
- Experience working with franchisees, distributors, dealers, or other external business partners
- Understanding of field operations and franchisee management
- Knowledge of the appliance industry, particularly home appliances and built-in appliances
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to balance short-term business priorities with long-term objectives
- Demonstrates enthusiasm and the ability to inspire and engage colleagues and collaborators to deliver results, take accountability, and own their work

Desired Qualifications
