Area Service Leader - Western PA

Area Service Leader for Western PA leads and coaches a mix of Biomedical Technicians, Field Engineers, and Program Coordinators to implement the service strategy for the designated site/territory. Drives operating and commercial objectives through customer-focused leadership, manages current customer relationships, ensures service delivery excellence, contract renewals, recalls and PM execution, and collaborates with DOS/HSAM, market leadership, and the commercial team to grow revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Requires strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, program management, and relationship-building skills; experience leading teams and driving cross-functional initiatives in a healthcare/medical equipment setting; willingness to manage a regional service footprint in Western PA with potential remote collaboration per business needs.
