Job Summary
Provide relief cover and support to a portfolio of locations within a geographical region, ensuring safety and security for staff and visitors. Manage a safe environment by maintaining a proactive presence in public-facing areas, offering initial reception, directional guidance, and conflict resolution. Enforce site rules and guidance while administering first aid assistance if needed. Complete legible incident reports and maintain a smart appearance to command a visible security presence. Work directly with customers to resolve potential conflicts and ensure compliance with operational instructions. Requires a full driving license, vehicle, and SIA license, with day shifts Monday to Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a drivers license and vehicle
- Must be willing to drive 90 mins from home to site
- Must be flexible and available to work Monday to Friday
- SIA License
- 5-year checkable work/career history
- Full driving licence
- Access to own transport
- Prior experience of working in a customer-facing environment
- Experience of dealing directly with staff/customers
- Physically fit to undertake given tasks
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexible attitude
- Ability to adapt
- Security and operational system competence
