Job Summary
Achieve monthly targets for customer data master accuracy, active outlet sales, and service levels by monitoring GT and LMT performance. Conduct selling step walk-throughs and maintain strong proximity relationships with customers to drive FSR and KPI revenue collection. Ensure team performance aligns with behavioral and revenue goals while leveraging a network in the Batam business area. Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of sales supervision experience, preferably in the food service industry. Based in Batam, this role supports our global agribusiness commitment to sustainable palm oil production and value-added product distribution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, any field
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience as Sales Supervisor
- Passionate in bakery
- Excellent in communication skill
- Good network in business area KEPRI Placement in Batam
