Job Summary
Achieve monthly targets for customer data master accuracy, active outlet sales, and service levels. Monitor GT and LMT performance while maintaining strong proximity relationships with customers. Ensure the selling step walk-by is conducted effectively across the East distribution area. Lead the sales team below to drive KPI behavior, revenue, and collection targets. This role is based in Samarinda with a Bachelor's degree and two years of sales supervision experience preferred. We are a leading global agribusiness committed to sustainable palm oil production.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, any field
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience as Sales Supervisor
- Passionate in bakery
- Excellent in communication skill
- Good network in business area KEPRI Placement in Samarinda
