Job Summary
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets while ensuring accuracy and maintenance of customer master data. Increase and maintain active outlet coverage and ensure Field Sales Representatives consistently follow prescribed selling steps. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and monitor service levels across General Trade. Lead and develop a sales team with proven coaching and people management skills. Travel frequently within the assigned territory to support these activities. Based in Jakarta, this role supports our global seed-to-shelf agribusiness operations in Indonesia, contributing to sustainable palm oil production and market share for brands like Filma and Kunci Mas.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry
- Proven experience in leading and developing a sales team
- Strong knowledge of General Trade (GT)
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory
