Job Summary
Area Sales Specialist responsible for direct sales and market planning to drive occupancy and sales performance in SSL communities, with potential supervision of sales associates; duties include implementing sales standards, meeting activity/ratio goals, providing sales support and training on the ALINE leads system, staff office hours, building referral networks, maintaining records, and staying informed on competitive/company information. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years of sales/marketing experience in the senior industry with prior management experience; base salary $65,000-$75,000 per year plus commissions; schedule Sunday-Thursday, 8:30am-5pm; role primarily on-site and focused in Central NJ.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 5 years sales and marketing experience in the senior industry or related experience
- Previous management experience
