Job Summary
Area Sales Representative for Sirtex in Salt Lake City, covering multi-state geography. You will provide clinical and technical support during procedures related to SIR-Spheres microspheres, deliver on-site product demonstrations and sales presentations to physicians and health care professionals, develop account plans to generate strategic relationships, and manage territory business targets. Maintain adherence to Quality System and Health, Safety and Environment procedures. Requires BA/BS or equivalent, 2+ years in medical procedure coverage (IR/OR/Cath Lab, etc.), and proven sales success with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Hybrid remote work with local office presence; base salary $90k-$95k with potential bonus eligibility; comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years’ experience in medical procedure coverage (IR, OR, Cath Lab, Office-based or related)
- Previous work experience in medical device, B2B, or hospital setting preferred
- Ability to effectively interact with a variety of health care professionals including the ability to articulate a clinical sales message
- Proven track record of sales success including recognition awards and/or increased responsibility
- Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and resourcefulness
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external customers geographically located within the assigned territory
- Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with excellent organization, time management and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
