Area Sales Representative

Job Summary
Sell Progressive Leasing’s lease-to-own solutions to small-to-midsize retail partners in the Las Vegas region, building relationships and driving adoption of our web-based finance technology. Manage pipeline, conduct quarterly business reviews with partners, achieve sales goals, collaborate with marketing and product teams to address partner needs, train retail partners through in-store activities and onboarding, and expand the partner base. The role requires local travel to visit retail stores (approximately 30% overnight travel) and the ability to operate in a remote-based setup. Strong business acumen, presentation and negotiation skills, and proficiency with office software and Salesforce are essential. Spanish fluency is preferred but not required; English fluency is required. Mobility is supported by remote work with local travel, and compensation includes benefits and a progressive compensation structure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required; equivalent work experience may be substituted
- 3-5 years’ experience in retail sales, field sales, sales training and/or account management required
- 3-5 years’ experience in cold calling, hunting, or prospecting new B2C or B2B required
- Demonstrated experience exceeding quota and impacting growth; preferably in a retail environment
- Ability to interact in a professional setting with a strong business acumen
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Must have superior interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communication skills
