Job Summary
Sell Progressive Leasing’s lease-to-own solutions to small-to-midsize retail partners within the New York City metro area, manage and grow a partner base, and drive market share. Responsibilities include presenting product value to partners, conducting quarterly business reviews with retail partners to show KPI results and technology integration (POS), managing a sales pipeline, negotiating contractual agreements, coordinating with product management to meet partner needs, and enabling in-store training and onboarding. The role requires local travel to visit retail stores and up to ~30% overnight travel, with a remote-based work arrangement and a base salary in the $61k–$66k range plus bonus potential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in retail sales, field sales, sales training and/or account management
- 3-5 years’ experience in cold calling, hunting, or prospecting new B2C or B2B opportunities
- Demonstrated experience exceeding quota and impacting growth
- Ability to travel locally with potential up to 30% overnight travel
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
