Job Summary
Area Sales Representative for Fleetcard in Phoenix, AZ. You will prospect, develop, and close B2B sales for fuel purchasing solutions, manage onboarding for new customers, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and report activities in a CRM. Requires 3+ years in field B2B sales, strong prospecting/lead generation, independent work capability with remote/home office experience, and excellent communication and presentation/closing skills. Proficiency with sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, ACT, Oracle) and experience in SMB-focused selling is a plus. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of successful field_sales experience in a B2B environment
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in industry
- Proven track record of prospecting and self-sourcing new appointments and leads
- Strong time and sales territory management skills
- Exceptional sales call management, presentation, and closing abilities
- Business acumen with experience and passion for selling in the SMB space
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with remote/home office experience
- Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with personal and professional confidence
- Proficiency in using sales automation tools (Salesforce.com, ACT, Oracle, etc.)
