Job Summary
Area Sales & Marketing Coordinator for 13 pubs in Central London, responsible for driving local digital and social marketing, overseeing Wordpress-based website updates, CRM-driven email campaigns, and engagement across pubs; collaborate with General Managers and Operations Managers; develop and execute local campaigns, 90-day marketing plans, and CAPEX-related marketing support; manage influencer visits, social content, paid advertising, Google Business Profiles, and on-site shoots, with emphasis on content quality, SEO, and booking conversions.
Required Qualifications
- Previous hospitality experience
- Good knowledge of Wordpress, CRM, Collins
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with ability to manage multiple sites
- Great at managing people
- Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to build relationships
