Job Summary
Drive sales of Paint Protection Films and Window Films in Bihar & Jharkhand by achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets. Develop and strengthen the distribution network, dealers, and third-party sales forces while increasing brand awareness through promotional campaigns and digital platforms. Provide channel partners with marketing, rolling stock, and aftersales support to improve operational efficiency. Collect and analyze market data to deliver actionable insights for regional strategy and provide regular MIS reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and competitor activities. Build a strong customer base by generating repeat business and leveraging referrals.
Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years of proven experience in sales
- Experience in channel management
- Experience with direct sales tools
- Experience with sales techniques
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on achieving results and meeting targets
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Passion for travel and connecting with people
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language (Bihar & Jharkhand)
Desired Qualifications
