Job Summary
Area Sales Manager responsible for growing dealer partnerships in the local region by identifying and onboarding Independent and Franchise Dealers, presenting Western Funding products, training dealers on proper documentation for fast funding, and maintaining ongoing communication to drive funded deals. Role requires consultative sales with a focus on relationship-building, lead follow-up, prospecting, and expanding dealer networks. Travel up to 75% with remote work flexibility and a base to mid-level compensation structure including salary plus commissions. Proficiency with MS Office and strong presentation and interpersonal skills are needed; Spanish language ability is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- College degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)
- 1-2 years of sales experience
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of automotive, finance and sales
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus
