Job Summary
Develop and maintain Sandvik's distributor business across the Western USA territory to deliver profitable growth and strengthen the distribution network. Create and execute distributor business plans that maximize growth, identify customer needs, and establish winning sales strategies to increase market share. Act as a trusted business partner to distributors and internal stakeholders, building constructive relationships and positioning Sandvik as the preferred partner over competitors. Demonstrate safety leadership at customer sites, ensuring compliance with safety management programs and supporting a healthy working environment. Champion CRM tools, maintain an accurate opportunity pipeline, and provide routine sales forecasts to achieve targets for volume, satisfaction, and expense management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 10 years of OEM sales experience in the mining or construction segment, or a combination of sales and operational experience in the industry
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States on an indefinite basis without employer sponsorship
- Willingness to travel up to 60-70 % of the time
