Area Sales Manager

Sign new dealerships, grow application counts with existing partners, and capture approved contracts through an average of 5-10 dealership visits per week. Review deals with dealer partners to structure or restructure programs as needed, acting as a consultant to F&I Managers to ensure maximum profitability through UAC product sales. Collaborate with assigned Credit Analysts and funders to secure loan approvals and fast funding, while working with the Dealer Compliance team to resolve market-specific issues. Build and maintain dealer relationships by following up on approved loan applications and providing best-in-class customer service. This field-based role requires on-site presence at dealer locations within a 60-mile radius, driving daily and working Saturdays as needed. Candidates need 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in auto finance or underwriting, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
