Job Summary
Area Sales Manager for Taylor Morrison leading and developing a sales team across assigned communities, recruiting and training sales associates, managing field sales to meet community sales goals, traveling weekly to communities, developing sales plans with executive leadership, coaching staff on selling skills, staffing sales centers, analyzing competitive data, reviewing mystery shops, ensuring accurate sales materials, and collaborating with other departments to drive customer outcomes. Requires associate degree (or equivalent experience) and proven on-site sales leadership with strong communication, organizational, and computer skills; travel involved and salary commensurate with experience. Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business or related field
