Job Summary
Area Sales Manager for Cutera covering the Southern Texas region with responsibility for lead generation and growth through cold calling and on-site visits to meet and exceed sales targets. Educate customers on Cutera products’ indications, efficacy, safety, and how they address client needs; travel is required (including 1-2 overnights per week) to attend markets, training, and meetings. Develop prospective customers and nurture existing relationships to expand product adoption across aesthetics or medical capital equipment sectors; collaborate across departments to achieve individual and team goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 5+ years’ sales – Aesthetics or medical capital equipment experience and/or strong business-to-business
- Detailed successful sales track record
- Understanding of the industry and the business challenges customers face
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possesses the ability to collaborate seamlessly and effectively across various departments
- Must reside in the Southern Texas region
- Valid Driver's License
