Job Summary
Lead generation and sales working with the District Manager to sell Cynosure's line of innovative technologies and exceed territory sales objectives. Identify and qualify prospective customers, provide technical information, demonstrate company products, and quote prices. Manage account development and territory records while acquiring product knowledge through training and competitive analysis. Maintain accurate records of prospective customers and competitive information. Travel 50% to 70%. This role supports Cynosure's mission to set customers up for success in the medical aesthetics industry, offering leading-edge technology across skin revitalization, body contouring, hair removal, and women's health categories.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years relevant experience
- Selling capital equipment preferably in the laser industry or B to B sales
- Demonstrated sales accomplishments in a capital equipment environment
- Experience developing relationships with customers
- Must be a self-starter, highly motivated and organized
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to influence and build effective relationships with team members in other functional areas
- Travel required 50% to 70%
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Bachelor's degree is equivalent to three (3) years of experience
