Job Summary
Area Sales Manager for skills.lab covering Southern Germany (Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg), Austria, and Switzerland. Responsible for independent management and development of the sales territory; acquisition, consulting, and development of B2B customers in retail, entertainment, events, and leisure industries; sales of the skills.lab Cube product line; managing the full sales process from lead generation and needs analysis to business cases and contract closure; building long-term relationships with operators, clubs, academies, and partners; representing skills.lab at trade fairs and events; maintaining sales activities in CRM. Requires several years of active B2B sales experience, strong negotiation and presentation skills, business-fluent German and English, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel extensively within the territory; residing in Western Austria is preferred. Location focus includes Germany, Austria, and Switzerland with remote options available for the role.

- Business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Valid driver’s license, willingness to travel extensively within the sales territory
