Job Summary
Area Sales Manager role focusing on Revvity Genomics in India. Responsible for achieving sales growth, gaining market share, and meeting targets in the assigned territory. Develops and expands accounts, identifies customer needs, presents Revvity products and services, builds a balanced sales pipeline, negotiates pricing to minimize erosion, and coordinates cross-functionally to solve customer problems. Maintains relationships with existing customers in person and via calls and emails, represents the organization at trade shows and demonstrations, creates proposal documents often in response to formal bids, reviews personal sales performance to exceed targets, understands customer businesses, shares best practices with the team, and travels as required.
Required Qualifications
- Education - Any graduate/postgraduate (preferably Science & Business Development)
- 4 to 8 years’ experience in sales; willingness and ability to travel; strong interpersonal and communication skills
