Job Summary
Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals; hire and build a new team to support growth; define optimal sales force structure and coordinate sales training; educate merchants about the Swipe machine (EDC) and manage merchant accounts; drive execution of a sales strategy, define sales processes, and identify improvements; demonstrate exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills; work independently and collaboratively in a team; travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Strong understanding of the local language
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events
- Education: Applicants must possess bachelor’s degree or above
