Job Summary
Area Sales Manager responsible for achieving branch sales targets by driving sales at the branch, building and promoting relationships with Channel Partners to generate new customer leads, and leading the DSTs at the branch. Interface with customers to provide efficient service and work toward building a creditworthy portfolio at the branch. Requires knowledge of Home Loans, Loan Against Property, and Secured Business Loans, strong local market familiarity, and good communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate / Post graduate
- 3-5 years in Home Loans or Loan Against Property
- Good knowledge of the locale
- Good Communication Skills
- Experience minimum 2 year in Secured Business Loan
- Understanding property valuation and legal and technical norms
