Job Summary
Lead a geographically dispersed Post-Acute Care sales team across Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability while delivering sustainable revenue growth for a territory projected to generate over $125M annually. Partner closely with sales representatives, key customers, and internal stakeholders to drive market share, strengthen relationships, and ensure exceptional execution. Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to both tenured top performers and newer representatives, recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top talent while supporting strategies that increase customer satisfaction. Balance business leadership with 75% field engagement to lead by example and help individuals achieve their full potential.
Required Qualifications
- 9 years professional experience
- 1+ years leading people directly or indirectly
- Valid Driver's License
- 7-Year Motor Vehicle Record Check completed during pre-employment
- Proven success leading and developing field-based sales teams, including coaching, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence geographically dispersed teams while fostering collaboration, accountability, and a high-performance culture
- Strong customer-facing and consultative selling skills, with success building relationships and influencing executive-level decision makers
- Deep business and financial acumen with the ability to analyze performance trends and drive strategic growth initiatives
- Experience utilizing data, reporting tools, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Power BI to inform business decisions and maximize sales effectiveness
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills with the ability to influence across multiple levels of the organization
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within the Post-Acute Care market and established customer relationships
- Preferred Location: Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio
- Dallas being the preferred location
- Experience selling into or supporting the Post-Acute Care market, including Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), Hospice, and Home Health customers
- Existing customer relationships within the territory
- Healthcare, medical distribution, or related industry experience
- Experience leading multi-state territories and geographically dispersed teams
