Job Summary
Area Sales Manager responsible for driving Paylater sales in Tangerang/Serang/Cilegon area. Responsibilities include conducting market trend analysis, developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, providing mentorship and motivation to the sales team, creating regular performance and market reports, identifying opportunities to expand sales coverage, building and maintaining strong relationships with merchants, setting individual targets for team members, achieving company-defined sales targets aligned with national growth plans, and performing field checks to monitor coverage and performance of DSMs, SPLs, MROs, and Promoters. Requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of related experience, leadership and team-management ability, strong communication and marketing skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Excel.
