Job Summary
Area Sales Manager in Orange County overseeing a sales territory with travel across the region (including 1-2 overnights weekly). Role involves lead generation through Cutera’s sales methodology, on-site product demonstrations, educating clients on product indications, efficacy, and safety, and expanding customer relationships to grow sales. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and 5+ years in aesthetics or medical capital equipment sales, a proven sales track record, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration. Must reside in the Orange County region and be willing to travel, including overnight stays; valid driver’s license required. Primary duties include cold calling, on-site visits, prospect development, nurturing existing relationships, and achieving individual and team goals, with travel to cover the region and attend tradeshows and training meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 5+ years’ sales – Aesthetics or medical capital equipment experience and/or strong business-to-business
- Detailed successful sales track record
- Understanding of the industry and the business challenges customers face
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Posesses the ability to collaborate seamlessly and effectively across various departments
