Job Summary
Lead and manage the Northeast OEM sales territory, overseeing direct reports and independent reps to meet volume growth, margin, and customer-satisfaction objectives. Execute local OEM strategies, develop and maintain relationships with OEM customers, plan and implement strategies to maximize market share and margin, conduct and support technical presentations to create product preference, introduce new products to existing customers, assess performance with annual reviews, and align OEM activities with District and BU growth plans. Requires a strong background in engineering/marketing/business administration and senior OEM account management experience. Remote position limited to Northeast United States; travel as needed within geography.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business Administration or technical field with a minimum 8 years related experience, OR Master’s degree in Engineering, or Marketing, or Business Administration or technical field with a minimum 6 years of related experience.
