Job Summary
Drive sales of all products within the Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine territory by prospecting, conducting customer presentations, and closing transactions. Plan and implement strategies to elevate sales performance while managing territory through marketing research. Handle post-sale customer issues and collaborate with Field Service and corporate staff to deliver technical solutions. Achieve sales targets and secure lasting partnerships with plastic surgeons and physicians. Requires heavy traveling experience and a results-driven approach to exceed $200k OTE.
Required Qualifications
- Presidents Club/Rookie of the Year/Prestigious Sales Awards
- Bachelor's degree in business or science
- Successful, demonstrated experience selling capital equipment
- Must be a self-starter, results-driven, highly organized, with the ability to establish relationships quickly
- Ability to effectively communicate technical solutions in clear, concise, and easy-to-understand presentations
- Understand Return on Investment selling methodology
- Heavy traveling experience is required for this position
Desired Qualifications
- Experience selling to plastic surgeons and physicians is preferred but not required
