Job Summary
As an Area Sales Manager, you will maintain and grow business levels with one-off installers via a network of merchants, achieving sales targets for Baxi's domestic solutions including gas boilers and heat pumps. Responsibilities include promoting Baxi and Heatrae Sadia products through trade events and direct contact with merchants and installers. The role demands self-motivation, a strong team ethos, and the ability to establish trusting relationships with Key Account Merchants. You will manage your sales activities to meet KPIs while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
