Job Summary
Area Sales Manager in the Northern Texas region responsible for lead generation through Cutera’s validated sales methodology, developing new customers and nurturing relationships to expand sales, and educating clients on product indications, efficacy, and safety. Responsibilities include driving territory growth via cold calling and on-site visits, attending tradeshows and training meetings, and travel with 1-2 overnights per week. Requires ability to travel, valid driver’s license, and a Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of aesthetics or medical capital equipment sales experience. Must reside in the Northern Texas region and manage the sales territory effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 5+ years’ sales – Aesthetics or medical capital equipment experience and/or strong business-to-business
- Detailed successful sales track record
- Understanding of the industry and business challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across departments
