Job Summary
Area Sales Manager for Nephrology responsible for executing sales, market development, and strategic planning within the Washington DC region including Northern VA, Richmond, Baltimore, and Western PA/Pittsburgh. Daily travel within the specified territory to call on nephrologists, health systems, and dialysis organizations, promote the product portfolio, and demonstrate disease-state and product knowledge. Maintain up-to-date call records and reports, collaborate with commercial partners, and represent CSL Vifor professionally to customers and internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry, highly preferred in Nephrology, Renal, and/or Dialysis
- Proven track record as a top sales performer
- Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling
- Account management experience navigating in a complex, competitive marketplace
