Job Summary
Area Sales Manager for Nephrology in the Washington, DC region responsible for executing sales, market development, and strategic planning for the nephrology portfolio. Engage with nephrologists, health systems, and dialysis organizations; travel daily within the assigned territory (DC, Northern VA, Richmond, Baltimore, and Western PA/Pittsburgh); promote portfolio to physicians, nurses, renal dietitians, pharmacists, and hospitals; demonstrate disease-state and product knowledge; build and maintain productive marketplace relationships; analyze sales performance and adjust business plans; maintain up-to-date call records and reports; collaborate with Commercial partners and represent CSL externally. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with nephrology, renal, dialysis, or specialty pharma experience preferred.
