Job Summary
Area Sales Manager, Nephrology – responsible for executing sales, market development, and strategic planning for nephrology products within the Washington DC region and surrounding territory, engaging nephrologists, health systems, and dialysis organizations; travel within assigned territory; build and maintain relationships, promote product knowledge, analyze sales performance, and collaborate with commercial partners; represents CSL Vifor in a professional manner across hospitals, physician practices, and dialysis networks in the territory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record as a top sales performer
- Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling
- Account management experience navigating in a complex, competitive marketplace
