Job Summary
Area Sales Manager for Nephrology in the NYC territory, responsible for executing sales, market development, and strategic planning for nephrology product portfolio. Engage with nephrologists, dialysis organizations, and health-system staff across NYC boroughs, Long Island, and parts of New Jersey; travel daily within the territory; promote products to physicians, nurses, dietitians, pharmacists, and hospitals; demonstrate disease-state and product knowledge; maintain call records and reports; collaborate with Commercial partners and represent CSL Vifor professionally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry, highly preferred in Nephrology, Renal, and/or Dialysis
- Proven track record as a top sales performer
- Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling
- Account management experience navigating in a complex, competitive marketplace
