Job Summary
Area Sales Manager for Nephrology covering TN, KY, OH, and AL. Execute sales, market development, and strategic planning for company products; engage nephrology professionals in office, hospital, and dialysis settings; travel daily within the assigned territory; call on nephrologists, health systems, dialysis organizations, and staff to promote products; demonstrate deep disease-state and product knowledge; establish relationships across marketplace networks; analyze sales performance and adjust the business plan; maintain timely call records and collaborate with Commercial partners. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with preferred experience in Nephrology/Renal/Dialysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry
- experience in nephrology/renal/dialysis preferred
- account management experience in a complex marketplace
