Job Summary
Area Sales Manager, Nephrology for the Nashville, TN territory leading sales execution, market development, and strategic planning for company products. Responsible for engaging nephrologists, health systems, and dialysis organizations across TN (Nashville, Memphis, Chattanooga, Jackson) as well as KY (Louisville, Lexington, Paducah, Ashland), OH (Cincinnati), and AL (Birmingham, Huntsville). Drive product promotion, disease-state knowledge, and portfolio benefits to physicians, nurses, renal dietitians, pharmacists, and hospitals; maintain field call records and reports; collaborate with commercial partners and represent CSL Vifor professionally in the marketplace, with daily travel within assigned territory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry (nephrology, renal, dialysis preferred)
- Proven track record as a top sales performer
- Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling
- Account management experience in a complex, competitive marketplace
- Ability to travel daily within territory and engage with nephrologists, health systems, dialysis organizations, and other key customers
