Job Summary
Area Sales Manager, Nephrology for a multi-state territory (TN, KY, OH, AL) focusing on engaging nephrology care settings, promoting portfolio to physicians, nurses, renal dietitians, pharmacists, and hospitals, and driving sales growth through strategic planning, disease-state/product knowledge, and relationship-building with healthcare networks. Daily travel within assigned territory and maintaining up-to-date field contacts and reports. Collaborates with Commercial partners to execute market development and sales strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry, highly preferred in Nephrology, Renal, and/or Dialysis
- Proven track record as a top sales performer
- Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling
- Account management experience navigating in a complex, competitive marketplace
