Job Summary
Area Sales Manager for Nephrology in the Tennessee/Kentucky/Ohio/Alabama territory with Savannah, GA as a base. Responsible for executing sales, market development, and strategic planning for company nephrology products. Call on nephrologists, health systems, and dialysis organizations; promote portfolio to physicians, nurses, renal dietitians, pharmacists, and hospitals. Maintain up-to-date call records, collaborate with commercial partners, analyze sales performance to adjust business plans, and travel daily within the territory (TN, KY, OH, AL). Build positive relationships within marketplace networks and demonstrate advanced disease-state and product knowledge in renal specialties.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry
- experience in Nephrology, Renal, and/or Dialysis preferred
- Proven track record as a top sales performer
- Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling
- Account management experience navigating in a complex, competitive marketplace
