Job Summary
Area Sales Manager, Nephrology in the Tennessee/Kentucky/Ohio/Alabama territory responsible for end-to-end sales, market development, and strategic planning for nephrology portfolio. Engage with nephrologists, health systems, and dialysis organizations; promote products to physicians, nurses, renal dietitians, pharmacists and hospitals; travel daily within the territory; maintain call records and collaborate with Commercial partners; demonstrate disease-state and product knowledge, analyze sales performance, and adjust business plans; build positive professional relationships across marketplace networks. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years pharma sales experience (nephrology/renal/dialysis preferred), proven top sales performance, and strong account-management capabilities.
Required Qualifications
