Job Summary
Area Sales Manager for Nephrology in the assigned territory. Responsible for executing all aspects of sales, market development, and strategic planning for the nephrology product portfolio; engage with nephrology health care professionals across office, hospital, and dialysis settings; maintain daily travel within the territory; call on nephrologists, health systems, renal dietitians, pharmacists, and dialysis organizations; promote product knowledge and disease state understanding; build positive relationships with marketplace networks; analyze sales performance and adjust business plans; maintain up-to-date call records and reports; collaborate with Commercial partners to drive portfolio growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record as a top sales performer
- Account management experience navigating in a complex, competitive marketplace
