Job Summary
Area Sales Manager responsible for executing sales, market development, and strategic planning for nephrology products across a multi-state territory (TN, KY, OH, AL). Engage with nephrologists, health systems, dialysis organizations, and staff; travel daily within the assigned territory; promote portfolio to physicians, nurses, renal dietitians, pharmacists, and hospitals; analyze sales performance and adjust business plans; maintain up-to-date call records; collaborate with Commercial partners; build positive relationships within marketplace networks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record as a top sales performer
- Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling
- Account management experience navigating in a complex, competitive marketplace
