Job Summary
Area Sales Manager for Nephrology in the Tennessee/Kentucky/Ohio/Alabama territory. Drive sales strategy, market development, and territory planning for company nephrology products. Call on nephrologists, health systems, dialysis organizations, and staff to promote the product portfolio. Engage with physicians, nurses, renal dietitians, pharmacists, and hospitals; demonstrate advanced disease-state and product knowledge; build positive relationships across marketplace networks. Travel daily within the assigned territory boundaries, maintain up-to-date call records, submit reports, and collaborate with Commercial partners to achieve sales objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry, highly preferred in Nephrology, Renal, and/or Dialysis
- Proven track record as a top sales performer
- Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling
- Account management experience navigating in a complex, competitive marketplace
