Job Summary
Area Sales Manager responsible for selling nephrology products across the Tennessee territory (Nashville, Memphis, Chattanooga, Jackson) and adjacent states, engaging nephrologists, health systems, and dialysis organizations; execute sales, market development, and strategic planning; travel daily within assigned territory; promote portfolio to physicians, nurses, renal dietitians, pharmacists, hospitals, and related staff; maintain disease state and product knowledge, analyze sales performance, adjust business plans, and submit reports; collaborate with Commercial partners and represent CSL Vifor professionally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industry, highly preferred in Nephrology, Renal, and/or Dialysis
- Proven track record as a top sales performer
- Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling
- Account management experience navigating in a complex, competitive marketplace
